Judge Henry Hudson, is the part-owner of Campaign Solutions, a Republican consulting firm that has worked to oppose healthcare reform. The U.S. Senate is on the verge of approving President Obama’s controversial tax deal with Republicans. We speak to Pulitzer Prize-winning investigative journalist David Cay Johnston. At least four prisons in Georgia remain in lockdown five days after prisoners went on strike in protest of poor living and working conditions. David Cay Johnston, author of "Free Lunch," talks about the growing and continuing disparity in incomes between the very rich (ie. those that make more than $10 million per year) and the rest of us. Incomes over the last ten years have grown for those at the top, as George Bush promised when he lowered taxes. For the rest of us, real income has lessened.
