David Cay Johnston, author of "Free Lunch," talks about the growing and continuing disparity in incomes between the very rich (ie. those that make more than $10 million per year) and the rest of us. Incomes over the last ten years have grown for those at the top, as George Bush promised when he lowered taxes. For the rest of us, real income has lessened.
