Coffee Party Hardly Elite
As a member of the Big Apple Coffee Party, I would love to reassure you that we are not "elite left wing people sitting around a Starbucks sipping coffee and talking about politics." In fact, we're very much "fed up with the way our government is being run" and are standing up for what we believe in. Our event last week was a free-speech event, and you can find that here: http://www.ustream.tv/recorded/12176119. If you spend the time to watch you can see that no one who was there could ever be considered an "elite" (whatever the hell that means). Listen to what people are saying before you throw out this judgement.
What's the Big Deal?
elite left wing people sitting around a Starbucks sipping coffee and talking about politics. They're going no where in a hurry. The tea parties are people who are fed up with the way our government is being run and are standing up for what they believe in, you can't fault people for that.
GRITtv
Wow, I just found your site and I'm really liking it. A show that doesn't have all the political media hype of mainstream America. I've been following the coffee parties and let me tell you, they're nothing but a mockery of the tea parties. Coffee parties are a bunch of elite left wing people sitting around a Starbucks sipping coffee and talking about politics. They're going no where in a hurry. The tea parties are people who are fed up with the way our government is being run and are standing up for what they believe in, you can't fault people for that.
