Gunmen stormed the offices of Charlie Hebdo this morning in Paris methodically killing 12 people. President Obama released a statement calling the shooting "cowardly evil attacks," and vowed to "hunt down and bring the perpetrators of this specific act to justice, and to roll up the networks that help to advance these kinds of plots."
