Protests Erupt After Garner Grand Jury Decision

After a Staten Island grand jury chose not to indict the NYPD cop in the chokehold death of Eric Garner during his arrest for peddling loose cigarettes, protests stopping traffic have broken out in cities all over the country. Former President George W. Bush questions the wisdom of the decision, calling it "hard to understand." The Department of Justice is planning its own investigation of the Garner death.

The video of the arrest is posted below as well as a few sources with more information about the grand jury decision as well as links to different movements that have been sparked due to the injustice.
